L’Ó team, led by the renowned chef Ivan Margalef, with extensive national and international experience in the field of gastronomy, offers a wonderful gastronomic experience through a creative signature cuisine, rooted in the region and seasonal produce; inspired by the local environment: the monastery of Sant Benet, the Vegetable Gardens and the natural and landscape environment of Pla del Bages.
