The Alícia Foundation (Food and Science) is a research centre devoted to culinary technological innovation, improving eating habits and the appreciation of agri-food and gastronomic heritage. Alícia is a private non-profit foundation founded in 2003.
Its board of trustees is made up of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation. It has the complicity and collaboration of the best chefs and influential scientists.
